Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are 7-20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping charge will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us promptly. For lost packages, please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe to pass.
