We strive for the highest quality in our products and service. If you are not entirely satisfied, our Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.
  • The item must not show any signs of damage, wear, or modification.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products where the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards or downloadable software.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-configured products (e.g., keyboards with specific keycap sets ordered as such).
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or accident.

Return Process

  2. Pack the Item Securely: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all components. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection & Refund Issuance

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify it meets our eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the inspection is complete. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the return is not approved (e.g., item is used, damaged, or missing parts), we will contact you via email and arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items
